Raw Food Diet Plan
OK, so you want to find a raw food diet plan. A lot of folks first hear about eating raw
foods and become interested in learning more for a variety of reasons. Perhaps they hear that it is possible to
lose weight on raw food diet, or they are looking for low calorie diets in general.
Maybe they’ve become curious about all the recent detox hype and that leads them to search
for a raw food detox diet plan. Still others may be researching specific health concerns, like PCOS (Poly Cystic
Ovarian Syndrome) and have heard claims of positive raw food diet pcos results.
Whatever your reason for arriving here, I’ll assume you are looking for a raw food diet
menu plan that will tell you what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat it. Well, guess what? We can definitely
do that. In fact, we can do it right here in this post because it’s very simple and straightforward. So are you
ready for my super secret raw food diet meal plan? OK. Here it is:
Raw Food Breakfast Diet – Eat something that isn’t cooked & keep eating until
you aren’t hungry anymore.
Raw Food Diet Lunch - Eat something that isn’t cooked and keep eating until you aren’t hungry anymore.
Raw Food Dinner – Eat something that isn’t cooked and keep eating until you aren’t hungry anymore.
Raw Food Diet Snacks – Eat something that isn’t cooked whenever you feel hungry and eat enough to hold you
over until your next meal, or until bedtime.
See? I told you it was simple. Seriously, you can make yourself crazy with this stuff.
There are a lot of “experts” out there that will be more than happy to sell you their version of a step-by-step
daily diet to follow. However, my best advice is to keep it simple, and particularly if weight loss is your
motivation.
I lost a lot of weight in a very short period of time using this strategy, so I know
firsthand that raw food diet weight loss is possible. I also know that weight loss diet plans work better and for
more people when obstacles are removed. In other words, if you have to follow a bunch of specific recipes and a
schedule, you are more likely to fail because those things take more time and effort than you are accustomed
to.
Instead, focus on changing your attitudes about food, nutrition and eating. Eat the right
foods and eat whenever you are hungry. Success depends on your ability to create a raw food real world that you can
live in and function in every day. For example, I ate breakfast while writing this post. I had a handful of almonds
and an orange. I like oranges and almonds, so the meal was satisfying.
Raw Food Diet Menu Plan Tips:
- Learn to stock your refrigerator and pantry with stuff that you like, while gradually
trying new things you haven’t had before.
- Fresh vegetables, fruit and berries should make up the bulk of your daily
intake.
- Fat is important. Choose avocado, coconut, olive oil and raw nuts.
- Make sure you get enough protein. I use a scoop of whey protein isolate powder at
least once a day. It isn’t vegan technically, but it is the best choice.
- Stop counting calories. Eat when you are hungry and then stop.
- Recognize that you can gradually switch to eating raw over time. You don’t have to go
100% raw on day one.
